All the Things

Master Bedroom

This space has a queen size bed, where guest wake up to a mural of ski slopes on one side and the view of the mountains out a 15 light patio door to the other.   The room has a built in electric fireplace, with sitting area to enjoy a book or have your morning coffee.   There is an Nespresso machine and morning snacks for those that want to enjoy the space early in the day.   As some many have to stay connect with work, there is a workstation with a USB splitter and additional monitor.

The most special part of the Master bedroom is that it leads directly to a natural stone patio, that guests can enjoy throughout the day.   The patio is covered by a deck above, so it provides ample shade during the summer months.   There is also an outdoor bathtub for those guests, that want to be a bit adventurous and take a warm bath in nature.

** Outdoor bathtub is able to be used, May 1st to October 15th**

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom was design with families and friends in mind.   There is a full bed on the bottom level of a built in two level sleeping platform.   The top level which is accessed by a ladder, has two twin beds.   The back wall has a birch tree wall mural providing a feel that the guests are sleeping among the trees.  The railings for top bunk are constructed from retro alpine skis.    The room has a ceiling fan, individually controlled heating, and a Television.

Bathrooms

Both floors of the home has a bathroom, that is very similar in design.  The bottom floor bathroom is separated from each of the bedrooms, so guests from each bathroom can easily access without waking other guests.   The bathrooms have modern glass enclosed showers with sliding doors.   Each has a custom made cherry vanities with natural stone sinks and waterfall faucets.   The toilets are of European design to give it the feel of being in a ski chalet in the alps.

Kitchen

The kitchen is located on the top floor to provide an open living concept that allows for the mountain views to be part of  the layout as well.  The kitchen is a full kitchen, featuring all Samsung appliances including a dishwasher, gas range, full refrigerator, and over the range microwave.  There is also a washer and dryer tucked away for easy use for those guests needing to do laundry.    The countertops are all natural New Hampshire pine, that came from a local sawmill.   There is plenty of counter space and cabinets to accommodate the needs of any guest during their stay.   The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats three and works well for an evening casual meet or drink as well.   All pans, pots, plates, glasses, and utensils are provide.

**Guests may use washer and dryer free of charge**

Dining Area

Simple and very effective, the dining table sits four and is perfectly sized for the space.   The antique table was restored for the home and guests feel a bit of nostalgia as they are surrounded by antique skis on the walls.   As much as the hosts enjoy an evening out in town, they still agree there is nothing better than eating a great meal at the table with the coziness of the woodstove and watching the snow fall through the picture window next to the table.

Living Area

The living room has ample space for all six guests to be able to relax and enjoy an evening after being in the mountains for the day.    There is a large sectional sofa and two recliners, which are positioned to watch television but more importantly enjoy the view.   The room has cathedral ceilings, a slider that goes out to the deck, and the focal point is the woodstove in the center of the room.    Under the breakfast bar, guest can find books and games to enjoy during their stay.
